Marcia TrookDr. Marcia Trook, Ed.D.  founded Greenleaf Associates in 1987 as a market research firm specializing in customized qualitative and quantitative techniques for direct marketing companies.  Since that time, Marcia has designed and conducted over 2,000 qualitative research projects and hundreds of quantitative research studies in both the business-to-business and consumer spaces. Marcia’s original interest in in-depth primary market research grew from her research experience as a Fulbright Scholar, in which she pioneered the use of ethnographic research in the study of Maoris of New Zealand. Marcia received a BA from Smith, M.Ed. from Tufts, and Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) from Harvard.

Isenstadt_DeborahDeborah Robin can be found in front or behind the scenes on many Greenleaf projects. Deborah’s 25+ years in market research began at Quaker Oats and then in the Marketing group at Mercer Management Consulting.  Since 1995, Deborah has enjoyed working as part of the Greenleaf team and independently with Fortune 500 and top-tier consulting firms, designing and executing custom research in support of customer satisfaction, brand strategy and positioning initiatives. Deborah has a BA from Yale and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In her free time, she is an accomplished early musician performing and coaching Baroque ensembles.
